So for the fourth time,I told them if I plan to switch it will be after I talk it over and go to one of you store locations and make sure the information you told me is correct. I explained to the agent 3 times,I'm going to talk it over with my family. Then when I was done collecting information so I could talk it out with the family the agent began to be pushy wanting me to switch over then. Also according to small print, for the service I have now,I have to pay an extra $15 dollars a month for my hotspot. And if you cancel there service you are charged remaining balance of your upgraded phone. Also what ever you upgrade to you are charged X amount of dollars a month. However,upgrades according to the company's small print are subject to credit approval and in order to upgrade current phone must be paid off. Agent told me it would be about the same with taxes and I keep my upgrades. I asked will I lose those upgrades and have to pay more for my monthly bill. I also contacted TMobile customer service,told them what I pay a month for the service I currently have,along with the devices I have and eligible upgrades. TMobile has closed down over 15%-25% percent of locations,sent out 120 plus termination notices to dealers. ![]() It's B's,since TMobile's site clearly suggests that they pay off your old phone when switching.(up to a certain amount.)
